I had a choice of many quality windows vendors, and I feel incredibly fortunate for having chosen Construction Windows. From beginning to end their communications and support on every level were fantastic. I had many, many issues with the windows (problems on the manufacturer's and/or delivery sides) and Construction Windows was there for me every second, going to bat higher and higher with the manufacturer as necessary to keep things rolling in a timely fashion. Once all of the initial problems had been handled, Construction Windows listened to my plea for compensation from the manufacturer and THEY took my ask and did the negotiating - having kept thorough records of all the problems and timeline - what an incredible value to me. I feel like I might have talked and/or emailed with just about everyone in the company over time, and each of them was so professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and supportive throughout. This was far and away the best experience I've ever had hiring a company for work on my home in over 30 years and through many projects. Thank you SO MUCH, Construction Windows!

Construction Windows is the way to go. Their associate, Tim, was friendly, knowledgeable, and he actually answered the phone when I called, and helped me with my questions. My Milgard windows were priced fairly and arrived exactly as ordered and were in 100% perfect shape. They were delivered on an actual Milgard truck. Two thumbs up!
