Like other reviews have said. The guards are super nice and point you in the right direction. After that everyone else is rude and not extremely helpful. Kenny makes you do extra work for no reason and when you repeat back what he says for clarification he just drives off without saying anything. I was there for 3.5 hours to get 13 joints.

The people are friendly, the security guard, the loaders and yard dogs are all very friendly. I had a guy on a fork lift give me a cold water on a 100° day, unsolicited and just out of kindness. The security guards are always friendly and easy to talk to. They will let you drop your trailer, hook to a preload and come back to get anything you left on the previous trailer. The staging lot/s are rather bumpy and the complex is about a half mile from drop lot to loaded trailer, so use your yard move status if you have it or you will add time unnecessarily.

The guard that checks you in was super nice, but the employees I dealt with after that seem like they would rather be anywhere but here. They were supposed to load 42 pieces of pipe on me, and after I strapped it down and pulled out, it turns out they loaded 47. I had to pull back around, undo all my straps and wait for them to come take the five extra pieces off. At no time did any of the employees apologize for the extra labor or time delay I experienced because of their inability to count. No respect was shown and I would look forward to not coming here again in the future if this is the way they treat people. There is plenty of freight to be hauled elsewhere.

I guess everyone has different experiences especially getting unloaded. I got loaded and it was pleasant, fast and friendly. From the guard dude, to getting checked in, to the loaders. Maybe I hit the sweet spot at 1000am.

Horribly long wait to get unloaded. Security guards who think they're cops. When you get loaded here they make you do extra work that is neither required by law or even necessary to transport the load safely. Loads are cheap. Avoid at all costs

Trailers are pre-loaded and available for pickup 27/7. Go at night...that guard is cool!
