There is no type of leniency and a lot of old timers working there will do anything to get rid of you. Operators will not take responsibility if they messed up and will put the blame on the next operator. Training is something they really need to work on. People are in and out, even management. Pay is ok, benefits are good. There is no type of quality system. There’s mandatory overtime, so there’s really no time for family. They have a point system that’s unfair. Even if you get shot and can’t make it in, they’ll deduct a point. Basically no excuse policy and you’re pretty much signing your life to them along

Totally ruined my hips and knees by reparative productive work in a very short work area with ridiculous productivity goals. Most people there lie about their numbers. Nobody checks or cares. Seriously high turnover….

If you are trying to make a delivery to this place, you are screwed. One of the worst shipping/receiving department in the area, especially bldg 3. Takes forever to have them open the door. Be ready to waste a lot of time. Some of our drivers just refuse to deliver to this place.
