I would highly recommend Concord Construction LLC for your home or business projects. I used them to paint my kitchen cabinets and the quality of work was great. They came out to look at the project and provided a complete estimate and explanation of the process.
Then they showed up on time on the scheduled day and immediately got to work. I was given updates as the project went along and they were able to handle adjustments to the original scope of the project. The project was completed on time just as promised. Everyone that worked

After my experience with the kitchen project, I used Concord Construction LLC to complete repairs to our POA pool building. These repairs were various skill types and Clay and his crew were able to handle all of them. As with my personal kitchen project, everything was detailed and explained up front. The crew showed up as scheduled to start the work. From electrical, aluminum and vinyl siding, masonry, and general maintenance, all of the items on our list were completed on time and to full satisfaction.
I am very pleased with Concord Construction and will use them again.

We had Concord Construction initially replace our master bath shower which was leaking. As with any construction project that entails a leak, there is no way to know the extent of the damage behind the walls and under the floor. You have to have faith and trust your construction team can mitigate and repair as needed as the project unfolds. Clay and his team found extensive water damage that was hidden all over the bathroom. They immediately addressed the issues with an updated quote. What we thought was a simple, quick job grew into basically a full bathroom remodel as the subfloor, floor, wall studs and drywall had to be replaced. He and his team worked tirelessly to meet a hard deadline as we had renters on the books. They made the deadline and we got a new bathroom that looks amazing. As stated, few projects go smoothly and as planned when you have a beach house and a water leak. Clay and his team are wonderful guys who are professional, honest and trustworthy, basically everything you need in a contractor and construction team.
