I do not usually post reviews, but I feel like the services provided by Component General should be recognized.

Firstly, the sales department is always one step ahead, and makes the process of ordering a smooth experience.

I seldom post any reviews but when I do it is because I received amazing customer service or horrible one. So I called the company since they had a sign in front of the building that they are looking for help. I was told it was factory work and I asked if they provide insurance. What is got was condescending tone of voice and : we do not provide insurance government gives you that. I asked the person to clarify what he/she (couldn’t tell if it was a female or male voice) meant and if they have some kind of contract with government and answer was just no we don’t have health benefits. That is all he/she should have said to begin with. I feel bad for anyone who takes this job when they disrespect you before you even got in.

Company is not the same anymore, one of the founder's children took over and the quality of service is despicable.
