Rick is awesome! Went above & beyond. He figured a way to put a shutoff valve next to the water heater. Replaced 3 valves & when the faucet plastic nut disintegrated, he went to the store & got a faucet. Totally reasonable & affordable. Never made me feel dumb about the questions I had. Definitely about making things better for people. Not like these too big for their britches companies that are all about profit over people.
Update:
Ryan & Nathan installed a new bathroom fan. They were so fast & efficient. They even went to the store & got the fan after they helped me pick the right one on the website.
I can't forget Michelle, the scheduler/dispatcher. A delight to work with!
