CCI is one of the best manufacturers of clutches and aftermarket parts around. Many years of built WRX's and I've never had an issue. Customer service is unmatched. Honest, caring, and just an amazing all around company.

I have been using Comp Clutches for years without any issues. Due to this false sense of security I did not look into their current customer feedback and boy do I wish I had. Customer service is none existent and flat out abysmal. After talking to multiple folks who had the same experience as me, it seems the standard protocol is to ignore the customer complaint/ticket for weeks, then have the customer send the clutch in, more weeks go by, then blame installation in some rudimentary fashion ie: "performed not in a cross-torque method, rather in a circular fashion" and then ignore customer again until the ticket expires. Warranty...pfff what warranty? Every person I talked to had it end the same way. You don't get a replacement, they don't care if you tell them that you did follow the correct installation procedure which you have done dozens of times on their other products, you don't get your product back and you're out of your hard earned money. This company has gone downhill, take your money elsewhere unless you want to join the numerous people who regret throwing money at Comp for nothing in return.

Bought a stage 3 clutch kit for my focus st flywheel clutch disc and pressure plate .
About 3 months ago after installing it a new Act slave failed and lost all fluid. I purchased another act slave it did the same thing. The people from act said the slave was over throwing. I gave this information to Chris from claims after sending in the clutch kit paying over night shipment
I was told nothing was wrong with the kit to try an OEM slave from ford instead of ACT
So I did bought the OEM part from ford
And the slave failed once again. I bought another OEM slave got the master tested at Ford the master is perfect and again the slave failed. The OLD clutch system was installed back with another OEM slave car has been running great for the past weeks
I tell Chris from warranty all this info (after being told that if using an OEM slave didn’t solve the problem I would get my money back ) send me an email basically telling me this is a me problem that there’s no warranty for the kit I’ve spent over 1500$ and back on a stock clutch while getting run around sand weeks long waits for info
I used to believe this company was good how wrong I was.

A year and 15K miles after my MS clutch purchase, I'd like to update my review. This clutch handles it all, and is extremely drivable. Unfortunately, the shop that had installed my clutch did so incorrectly. I'll save you the details, but it wasn't good. DKM / competition clutch reached out to me first when they saw my trouble on social media. They immediately told me to send back the clutch for inspection / repair. It took a bit since these clutches sell like hotcakes (for good reason!) The team got me a brand new clutch kit, updated hardware, and back on the road. No questions asked. The new clutch now properly installed, is breaking in nicely. Thanks again for taking care of me with excellent customer service!

I had the pleasure of meeting an engineer, Ryan, from DKM at a local car show. DKM makes the clutches for the euro applications for competition such as the VW MK7. When the time came for a clutch, Ryan passed my information on to one of the sales managers, Clifton, who helped guide me to the right clutch at a great price. Everyone here went above and beyond. Carola, who handled my transaction, made every effort to keep in communication and even expedited the delivery of my clutch. When the shop installing ran into a hiccup, Chris in support was immediate to reach out with instructions. Everyone here really cared about the customer and getting it right. I run the local MK7 club in Atlanta and will be exclusively recommending DKM / Competition Clutch to everyone in need.
