We hired for a small concrete delivery. We feel the pricing was fair, but the communication of the process was very poor. It was not communicated that the extra concrete was going to be poured on our property. In the process of getting rid of the extra concrete, the driver drove across our front yard and created MAJOR ruts in our lawn to drop the concrete next to my Azalea bushes without our permission. In communicating with the owner, he had no resolution and didn't even care.
