Columbia containers went out of their way to deliver my container and even though we couldn't get it exactly where I wanted it due to the lay of my land and the weather A. KA my ground being soft. Due to the witness, the driver and his son went out of their way to make sure we got everything done. Lined up and set correctly The young lady working as the office manager was extremely polite. They did accommodate me 2. Have my delivery delayed for 4 days. In the hopes that it would draw up my land or they could get the trailer where it needed to be, but all things said and done. Outstanding Drop off Columbia containers and his crew. This driver in the Sun was extremely funny. Extremely polite Young lady taking all the messages at the office. Was very polite and very business, like no problems with this group

Columbia Containers are truly a
ONE. OF. A. KIND family owned company. Gary and Rachael genuinely are compassionate about providing the BEST of the BEST in customer service! They went ABOVE and BEYOND with not only communication with scheduling, but overall in assisting my needs.
I had bought 2 containers (while living in Michigan from another company, as I had not known about Columbia Containers at that time) and had them placed on our property in Florida on May 11, 2023. Since moving to Florida in June, to say I have STRUGGLED trying to find someone/company to turn one container 180° and move it approximately 30' is an understatement!!
I was feeling defeated as I hit a dead end with every call previously made to numerous other companies!!
This dynamic duo were EXCEPTIONAL from the very first call! Gary not only moved my container without hesitation, but far exceeded my expectations of customer service!!!! He assisted my dad and I with various, complex, obstacles he knew we were still facing out of the kindness of his heart! He was utterly devoted to ensuring every single aspect of his service was PERFECT!
I actually became emotional, because of Rachael and Gary, I'm able to FINALLY begin the build of my first ever container home! My heart is more than happy and I'm BEYOND BLESSED to have found such an AMAZING company that really does value and take pride in their work and their customer service!
