Danielle waited on me this week and Im not only getting lovely new chic living room condo furniture, but she made me feel as if I’m also getting a friend! This store does most things custom made which might be pricey to some but I’ve waited 8 years and been through cheaper furniture that did not hold up! We are very happy with the choices, the order process and the service after the sale! Thank you, Danielle! You made me & my friend feel welcomed, not rushed & were so accommodating!

Cindy Hanvey is a great design consult with Coco Island. I stopped in for a small accent piece and Cindy spent 45 minutes with me until I found the exact piece. That’s what good looks like!
Coco Island has all the coastal amenities one could want for their home or condo! Ask for Cindy she’s the best!

Purchased a chair that would not fit thru the doorways of my new home. They would not take it back, which I totally understand, but would not offer me a store credit or do anything to help me out. In other words, there is no gray area with these people. Also, I found they are the only local furniture store that charges for delivery, so shop around. You will find the same quality furniture at better prices, with better customer service and FREE delivery in the area. I have a brand new 5-bedroom home to furnish and if they would have budged an inch or shown any compassion at all they could have got a lot of future business. I won’t be going back!

I bought this chair at the end of 2013 so it is 3.5 years old. It has been in a clean, dry upscale condo for its short life. About 2 months ago the fake leather of this chair began to peel and show the cloth underneath. Understanding that the chair is not under warranty I called Coco Island Furniture and asked for the item to be repaired at my expense. I was told that the manufacturer no longer produces this color and even if it were repaired it would cost more than simply buying a new chair.
The problem is that a new chair costs $700, and this one costs $700 also. You can take this review ever how you want, but I'm the type of person that believes a recliner should last at least 10 years, especially if i spent $700 on it. Others may disagree with me, but I think that 3.5 years of life from a barely used recliner is far from enough.
For the record, I gave Coco Island plenty of time to respond before posting this review. Apparently Coco Island is fine with leaving me left with a screwed up recliner that is just over 3 years old, so this review is my last resort. I won't be shopping at Coco Island Furniture ever, ever again. Now time to post this review on as many other review sites that I can find.

We had a last minute couch emergency in one of our rental properties. Kevin helped us not only find the perfect couch to fit, but he was able to get it delivered just in time for the renters who were coming. Easy to work with and all about customer service! He went above and beyond! Thanks Kevin and Coco Island!!!
