DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I'm not sure what's going on with their company or their service people that they have working for them, but they are shady. A tech repair person first quoted me double of what he personally fixed out of pocket and after he asked me to send him money personally to his Zelle account, he said not to tell his office. He said if I go through company it was $1400 then seconds later he said $740 if I pay him direct. Now he is saying he didn't repair the gate but I have text messages saying he fixed it and it was just because of a battery issue. Now he is saying and disclosing to all parties lies that the gate would not work. Beware beware beware look for other companies. If the owner sees this message please contact me directly. I will be more than willing to provide any personal text messages with the technician.
