Has repeatedly missed my pickups. This Thursday they missed the whole neighborhood. Called blamed it on road conditions is why they couldn't make it said they were running behind. So logically you would think Friday morning it would have came in our neighborhood and picked up and continued on another route but that did not happen. Call twice today was lied to both times. Now it's 6:00 Friday night and it's still not picked up. And I bet it won't be picked up till Monday. 8:15 Saturday morning called got the same lip service and the same lies still not picked up still can't tell me when it's going to be picked up in our neighborhood. Well now here it goes Sunday morning was lied to again on Saturday of course. No garbage picked up over full cans in the neighborhood sitting on the side of the road waiting for their garbage to be picked up. I guess we'll see on Monday if they actually pick it up when they're supposed to we'll be calling Monday morning to complain once again of a poor service. Lack of communication and a constantly being lied to.

I only gave a one star because there was no option to give zero. For over 30 years when a palm branch falls I put it in my trash and it’s hauled away. Today one Palm branch was in with my trash and they refused to pick up my trash. See the photo and how petty this was. There was a trash bag in the same container so now we have a trash bag sitting at our curb because our company would not pick up one can of trash because one frond was in there. When we called the company and explained the situation she stated that they would not pick up any cans with storm debris. So basically anytime a palm branch falls in the future. The indication was they would not pick it up. Totally ridiculous.

started their services in November 2024 and since then already 4 times in which the trash was not picked up on time (~30% of the pick ups....). different excuse each time and trash being picked up on Monday after the weekend instead of Thursday which is the pick up date. very annoying and not reliable. customer care over the phone- very polite and helpful, but operations do not perform as they should unless you complaint. I am considering switching to a different company if such will happen again.

We use to love our original guys prior to Coastal taking over and we wish we had them back. We would bring them snacks, donuts, gatorades , and a little something extra on major holidays cause they were willing to work, friendly and good at their jobs. They were consistent and actually took all of our trash.

Since Coastal has come a long it has been terrible and nothing but frustrations. Sometimes they come sometimes they don’t. Some times it’s a truck with guys on the back who most of the time reluctantly like to take all of the trash. Other times it’s a truck with a claw and will only take the one can and leave the rest of the trash. They’ve taken our trash can cause the handle broke on it but didn’t tell us or didn’t leave a replacement. A couple days later when we went to bring trash out to our can we realized it was gone and had to look back at our cameras to find out what happened to it. Then we had to call to get it replaced which took an addition few days while our trash just piled up on the side of our house. Sorry but this review was way over due.

I made a call into Coastal Waste and Recycling because my trash and recycables were not picked up. I had the pleasure of speaking with Camisha who found a hold on my account that was made in error. She immediately corrected the issue, made sure all my bills were set to autopay, and apologized for the inconvenience that the accidental hold caused. Camisha made this process easy and I appreciate her help to resolve the issue quickly. 10/10!

Has suspended service for Oldsmar during the storms. We have had one pickup in two weeks. Understood to not have staff pickup during the storm but why was there no service today? Why was service skipped twice after Helene We have trash and debris everywhere and not a god dang peep to your customers. We of course want your staff safe but at least communicate with us so we aren’t piling household trash out to the curb only for it to further rot and decay in the hot sun.

Do better. 0 stars. Waste management resumes their services ASAP and notifies its customers. Not fair to your office staff that will deal with frustrated customers and fielding angry calls because you lack awareness and planning as a corporation. Beyond disappointed.

The County needs to look into the terrible service and skipping out on trash pickups!
You're reviews of this company are telling whats going on. This company is getting a solid 2.5 or worse on other sites!
Look at Pinellas County Solid Waste Disposal 4.5 stars, and customers love them! Please fix the issues before we all go to the county and get them to bring in someone else!

When did this company stop sending out bills? I got no bills for our family's two accounts last month and did not pay them of course. The service was suspended for lack of payment but I received no bills or emails. So...the only way I can deal with this is to go online randomly and check both accounts for money due. This is time consuming and not how that should work. How about a past due reminder at least? Do you not want your money?
