Great place to load at with good people work here and a very friendly staff. Hit in miss how fast you can get out of here. Just make sure you get food in snacks before you come here.

The reviews were right. 2 hours past appointment. 5 trucks in the bay. Everybody gets 1 bundle at a time every 15 minutes. Gonna miss an extra day with the family on this one.

Update, even a year later it’s managed to somehow get worse here.

One of the most dangerous loads you can ever have. They dont use spacers to bring bundles together. I guess my first and last time loading over here. And yes expect 4-7 hours to get loaded. Dont come early. There's tons of trucks in line no matter what time of the day you get here so you are going to be lucky finding a spot in staging area and nothing around. Good luck!

So I had a strange experience tonight near the CMC plant in Crestwood. My blind dog was in an aggressive state after an alarm kept ringing at approximately 11:24PM. I tried calling, but my calls fell on deaf ears. He ate all of my indoor plants and howled until his tazadone kicked in. Thanks CMC

2 stars only because when they load flat iron steel they put no vertical blocking in between the bundles. It’s a dangerous load that can get a driver hurt. Needs the vertical blocking so bundles can be tightened against each other and not move.

First time here and my experience was great the ppl here are very helpful and friendly. Brandon was very kind helpful with guiding me where to go since it was my first time. Shane was also helpful as well with assisting. Thank you guys again…..

The shipping department is great. Ms. V is made sure the drivers got in and out. They are very good at what they do over at CMC.
