I’ve only delivered rebar here twice, but it’s been a slow process both times.
You check in and are told to wait for someone to come to you but how long that will take is unknown; the last time I was there it was about an hour, today was two and a half.
Once they get you in a bay it’s a quick process.

I consider myself a very patient and understanding person but when you’re left just sitting there for hours on end watching people go by like you don’t exist, it’s aggravating.
I don’t mind waiting, I would just appreciate someone to acknowledge me and let me know what’s going on.
Just a simple, “I’m sorry for the wait, we’ll get you in as soon as possible” would go a long way; anything is better than just letting me sit there not knowing what’s going on.

With that being said, everyone I have interacted with was helpful and friendly, and they’re quick to unload you once you’re in the bay
