I ordered the X-Large Dock Box from C&M Marine. They set an expectation that the delivery could take up to 4 weeks, however within about a week I received a notice that the box would be delivered to my home. The delivery was flawless and I have not found any other option for a dock box that is 121 inches long to accommodate my offshore trolling motor. Amazing service and great communication.

100% stand-up business. I had ordered something.. was able to get it faster from one of their distributors who had it in stock. Easy cancellation, no questions asked. I never checked to see whether the credit actually hit my account. They contacted me a year later when cleaning up their books and let me know it was an oversight and immediately posted it to my card. Not many businesses would do that.. very refreshing to see.

In addition the console I ordered was exactly what was ordered and was good quality. Would certainly do business again.

Jason at C&M marine received and promptly processed my request for the very large dock box. I had previously tried twice to have dock boxes delivered from another vendor. Both were destroyed in shipping. Jason purchased insurance on this shipment which did suffer a little damage in shipment. I had the damage repaired and was promptly reimbursed. All of my messages were promptly replied to by Jason. All in all a very pleasant experience because of the courteous and professional treatment By Jason.

Probably one of the best of the best companies I have dealt with on such a small order. It all started with research and I was confident in C&M's reputation for quality fish cleaning stations. Melissa was so helpful and followed up even after hours. She arranged to have what I wanted assembled and delivered to my shipping company in Fort Lauderdale, 3 hours away. It arrived in Turks and Caicos as scheduled. The quality exceeded my expectations and is extremely sturdy. Do not confuse this product with flimsy, assemble yourself, budget tables. Melissa is a significant asset to the company and the people she works with. She is the reason i was able to get exactly what I wanted no doubt.
