Just sharing my experience. Included here is the review I posted for Pacific Manufactured Homes. Starting first with my review of Pacific.

This is my update to an ongoing situation with this dealer where I bought my mobile home. I had cracks in my drywall. Mike and Jessica sent Reuben to repair them. Rather than using a ladder he stood on my dryer in my laundry room and damaged it.

There official response is to deny responsibility for the damaged dryer. They said their guy didn’t do it. They’ve referred the matter to corporate. And said they would contact me within ten days.

Is this the kind of response you want when problems arise after spending so much money on your new home?

Please take it from me. They might say they’re a bargain. These people at Pacific are negligent. Scammers in fact trying to save a buck. The repairman who damaged my dryer. Their only available professional is a poorly equipped man named Reuben. Obviously someone whose work ethic is proportionate to his hourly pay.

Unacceptable.

The level of service this company has provided me is unacceptable.

I have a new home. I have three exterior doors that are in need of repair. One interior door. I presented the problem to Mike and Jessica in June. These people have promised to send someone to fix the problems since June. It’s now November.

These people will no longer reply to numerous emails I’ve sent. I guess I’m out of luck.

Mike Taylor and Jessica Anderson are dishonest representatives of this company. I strongly suggest caution be taken when considering this outfit for purchase of your home. The entire experience has been a disappointing nightmare.

Edit… Since I wrote the review Mike Taylor has refused to complete the necessary work that has been promised for months.

He advised me that if I remove this review he would complete the work Wednesday 11/07/2024. He told me if I wanted the work done I would need to remove my review here on google and also on yelp. His words quoted… "the ball is in your court". Referring to his demand the reviews be removed.

I told him no and asked him to complete the work again. He refused and referred me to the manufacturer. After so many months of promises now he tells me to take care of it myself.

I’ve written yelp and google reviews for the dealer who sold me my home. They are Pacific homes in Beaumont.

I’ve had a lot of problems over the course of months. My new unit has three exterior doors. They all developed issues.

Starting in June of 2024 I began attempting to get the dealer, pacific homes Beaumont and or Clayton homes Perris to address my concerns. Finally in November 2024 Clayton sent a contractor here to fix the doors. They are now fixed. Both Clayton and Pacific are still insisting the doors aren’t their responsibility.

Last week I received a voicemail from Ross at Clayton. I for the life of me don’t know why he’s bothering me. Really jerked my chain. I talked to him today. Anyhow, here’s a guy after all is said and done who is still insisting the problems I had with my doors weren’t his responsibility.

I give one star for my review of Clayton homes Perris and Pacific homes Beaumont. Shame on you both for ignoring your responsibility. Your customer service is very poor; Buyers beware.

If this whole thing hadn’t taken six months.. The issues with the doors would have and should have been minor. The time it took to get some attention here was ridiculous. The fact that both parties here wouldn’t accept responsibility led me to write my reviews.

PACIFIC VALLEY HOMES REVIEW

William Martinez provided us with excellent customer service. He resurrected, and rescued our dream after it stalled for a long period of time, when the previous sales rep left the company. Will graciously assisted us through each and every step of the process. Will assisted us with our Financing by consistently following through to assure us with our loan qualification. He also provided us with outstanding assistance when the contractor under estimated the initial estimates that caused our project to spiral do to lack of funding. Will provided us with overwhelming incentives and extras to try and help correct some of the horrors from the previous sales rep.

Will showed compassion, sensitivity, and genuine concern. Will’s knowledge for the industry and his business acumen was extremely instrumental in working with the contractors and building manufacture. This earned our Trust in Will, and eliminated the need to seek professional assistance. We never imagined the entire process from Beginning to End to be 2 years, but we are truly grateful for Will handling our project and being there for us. He turned what could've been a nightmare into truly a Dream come true. We Love our Manufactured Home, and still glad that we chose this process versus a traditional build. Rude and dismissive treatment. Maybe that’s why others with complaints could not resolve. Obviously, if everything goes well others are happy. But the disregard for customer problems make this a “buyer beware” company.

Laura Kubik was a tremendous help in our putting together a manufactured home for our needs. She spent much more time with us than any of the other manufacturers we talked to and visited. We ended up having to opt out of the purchase, and it was no problem with her refunding our deposit. She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable in every aspect. We will have no reservations about going back to see her when the economy stabilizes. She's a straight shooter.

BEWARE!!!! We bought a home through Clayton 2 years ago. We were so happy to have a new home. We bought it for over 200k. As soon as we got it delivered and set up the problems started. They only give you one yr warranty on the home. So anything after that is on you. You’d think since you bought a 200k home they’d be of more help. Not the case. They are well aware of the problems that occur with their homes. So they try to distance themselves as soon as possible. 2 yrs in and we found the plumbing under our sink has had a slow leak the whole time . Now we have a major water damage due to their faulty construction. So this is a warning for all new buyers beware. As soon as you buy the house it starts to fall apart or something breaks or is faulty

Horrible Horrible Customer Service and Product! Please read reviews and they also go by Pacific Valley Homes. They lie about pricing, it has been years and I am still waiting for a habitable home even though they have already started charging. They take advantage of their customers and use all the funds on who knows what! The home they delivered is in lousy horrible conditions, buyer beware, please run the other way FAST!

Terrible customer service; no follow up; they do not give any information regarding responsibilities; they do not review their dealers - many many problems and no concern on their part; to date i have not had a return phone call. I moved in a year ago july 2017 - I would look at other manufacturers

BEWARE! Poor quality home. Parents bought 2 models problems started less than a year after purchase. Would never recommend this company.
