Clay electric does an amazing job. All these people complaining about power outages. Why don't you try to be a linemen for a day? People we live with a lot of trees that fall on lines it has nothing to do with Clay Electric. Everything we have seen in 3 years living here has been great. The guys work very hard and I'm very thankful for them.

I wonder how long our power will be out this time 10 days 14 days Clay crews sent else where to help others but not our county so we suffer the consequences of no power Clay electric coop doesn’t care about their customers our electricity bills will reflect crews going out to other areas WE PAY FOR that trip suffer with no power Clay electric doesn’t care. They get theirs the customer suffers.

Been living in keystone height for a year now and have nothing but positive things to say about how Clay Electric has provided service. There’s been some service interruptions (as to be expected) but they’ve always provided timely information and updates pertaining to service being restored. They’ve also been doing a great job keeping our power bill at a reasonable level. The service they offer has been leaps and bounds above OUC and TECO in our experience.

This company will gladly shut your power off for being only a few dollars late. They do not care about their customers, you are at their mercy or lack thereof. Their attitude is poor if you contact them for any reason. They claim that customers receive a coop payment on occasion, but in over 16 years we have never gotten a penny back, so don't believe it.

My power went off shortly after 6 PM yesterday. I gave it 15 minutes or so to come back on before I called in an outrage. Shortly after 7 PM their website said the power should be on by 8:45 so I sat to wait. The power came back on a minute or two before 9. Thank you for returning power, especially in this heat, and doing it in such a timely manner. Please thank your crews for me, I appreciate them immensely. Have a wonderful day.
