We reached out to Dion on our way to Avila Beach because our A/C had gone out and was no longer cooling. Even though he was very busy he made time for us and we scheduled an appointment. Dion arrived precisely at the scheduled time and began to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to figure out we had a burned out relay to our compressor. A quick visit to an RV supply store and he was able to purchase the replacement part and had our A/C up and running within a couple of hours. Dion was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Class Coach Mobile RV.

UPDATE: Our warranty company was extremely difficult to work with and Dion spent an hour of his own time on the phone with them to make sure our repair was covered. He's a great guy!! Highly recommend!!!

Dion was amazing. I was having issues with the pop-up mechanism on my truck camper. he came to my house, promptly analyzed the issue, and was able to rebuild the mechanism in under an hour. thank you, Dion. He will always be my first call with any repairs moving forward

I can’t recommend Dion, the mobile RV tech, highly enough! He came out to repair my awning on very short notice, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Dion not only fixed the issue quickly, but he also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to address it. His expertise and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. No transparency, asked for price and received none, they show up unexpectedly on the way home from a job they previously were working at all day. I had ask them to troubleshoot a breaker issue in my 2022 unit that I had guests staying in. A 5 min job to locate the breaker and they charge my guests $195 without asking me first. I hope they enjoy that $195 because it will be their last they ever receive from me period. Stay clear of this un-classy company!

Saturday afternoon Saint! After a few days of frustration with my trailer’s charging system, I called Dion. He diagnosed and repaired it in 30 min! My wife and I were very grateful for his expertise and knowledge. He was a joy to talk to, as well! Highly recommend.
