I purchased 6572LHP-K from CPP on 12/26/2024. CPP's website had a bug at the time and was not giving me an option to ship (was only allowing me to select in-store pick up). Therefore, I ended up having to buy the kit from Summit Racing instead. I spent thousands as I had also purchased their 7172FRBK-5 kit.

CPP website for 6572LHP-K had description (they have now updated it following my email), "The CPP C10 Lowering & Handling Performance Kit (Part Number 6572LHP-K) includes front and rear springs and shocks. Offers adjustable front stock options and rear stock options. Features a rear trac bar, shock relocator, and retainers. Comes with front and rear sway bars for improved stability."

I received the kit without shock relocator. When I contacted CPP, I was told that the kit doesn't come with it and the only solution was that I could buy the kit at their cost ($51). When I asked if they could at least cover shipping since their website was misleading, I was told they could not, but they'd ship it at the cost of a stamp. I called, gave my credit card information, and when I received my invoice, was charged $20.80 for shipping! I was able to get my order cancelled before shipment.

It's a shame that CPP would not own this mistake and make it right. They'll lose my business moving forward, which is unfortunate because I'm in the process of restoring my C10 and the parts I did receive appear to be great quality.

Ordered a power steering kit from them, had it professionally installed by a well know restoration company.

Restoration company contacted me to let me know that power steering pump was defective from the manufacturer and kept leaking.

Both the restoration company and myself reached out to them. While they admit the part is under warranty they don’t want to admit the part is defective after sending them photos and videos of the leak.

They want me to send back the defective pump so they can “test it and fix it” and ship it back. I told them I didn’t pay for a refurbished part I paid for a new part.

We sent more videos of the issue upon their request and now Chris with CPP is dodging the calls after he said he would get back to me.

Honestly what a joke of a company.

Order brake kit 7k was missing pads and bolts , had to contact them for missing parts Erick did great job on helping. Then I realized emergency brake cable was also missing parts went in to ask for missing parts and I was told me they were back Order and that I would need to purchase new kit because I was over 10 day I email and told them I had more missing parts, I told them it was incorrect part but they said it was universal. kit was missing clevis it took me a few to figure out it was missing parts after waiting for new parts, then having everything installed. I would highly recommend checking everything before leaving the store I wouldn't order online, If you can oder from somewhere else, do it. 7k a lot to spend, then told we check here and before we send out. I don't think so. Aslo guy with beard at the front desk is not very friendly. it looks like he doesn't want to be there.

CPP is a great place to buy parts and get valuable information on your car or truck project. Chris at CPP was very helpful and knowledgeable of what I needed for my 1951 Suburban tilt column and installation of a airbag system. Everyone was friendly and helpful to me. Ty again fellas. Roderick

Installed the cpp delux mini subframe kit on my 1963 chevy ll, Wow, drives like a new car extremely impressed with the quality other than the bolts were too short for the bracket. A+ quality.

I purchased many suspension and brake parts for my El Camino from CPP. The parts fit good but the customer service is lackluster. Any time that you need individual service parts, they will only sell you an entire kit … again. Frustrating (and expensive) to say the least. Honestly, they didn’t even seem to care when I called them. I will not be buying any more CPP items and I certainly won’t recommend them to anyone else.
