I brought my car in for an estimate at the appointed time and was greeted immediately and given an estimate within a few minutes. When I returned the car for the repairs at the appointed time i was met promptly. I was told what to expect. Along the way I received updates and was notified when the car was ready days earlier than expected. The repairs were perfectly done and the car was immaculately clean. Superb experience! Great work, on time, and communicative, everything you should expect from an excellent body shop, my car looks brand new I can't even tell where the damage was. Very quick work. Was referred to them by Toyota dealer. Work Toyota was going to do would have ran me 400-500 dollars and went to classic collision and I only paid 265 for the work and part. They are super helpful and friendly and coordinate everything with you to get the job done.

The work was done right, with one minor delay... a part arrived broken. Once the replacement part arrived, the work was completed quickly and as promised. The customer service I received was outstanding! I was kept informed every step of the way, and everyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. I'd definitely recommend Classic Collision.

By far the best body shop in the keys. They do everything from painting cars and trucks, oil changes, tires, oil changes, mechanics, diagnoses, details, and more. I will never bring my car to any other shop .

They literally stole my wife's money. She took her car to Cooper Paint and Body Shop a few months ago for a steering wheel issue. After five months and spending almost $2,000 on repairs, her car still isn't working. She noticed this for the past month. When I went there personally, they were extremely rude, attacked me, and three employees yelled at me simultaneously. If you live in Key West, be aware of this shop. Their slogan is "nobody does it better" – pretty funny, right?
