Walked in the store. Everyone had their back turned visiting with each other. When I was noticed I was able to purchase what I needed. When I finished the transaction they handed me the receipt and immediately turned back around and started chatting again. Gotta love country people’s customer service….

Changing my review from 5 stars to 4 stars: I would strongly urge you not to purchase herb or veggie plants from the co-op. I learned the hard way that they are overpriced by several dollars. Consider going to the Food Saver by Ace Hardware in Quitman, or Lauderdale County Co-op in Meridian instead. They are several dollars cheaper. Helpful staff and very nice clientele. Great place to go just for fun. They have everything from Corinthian wind chimes to bird seed to diatomaceous earth. Also, a fantastic place to buy dog food for a large brood. Definitely a one stop shop. That's my kind of store!

Ya know there’s just something special when you back up to the dock and the men loading trucks say “hey man how’s it going on your end”. You walk inside and are greeted with a smile and a may I help you. Good answers to a novice questions. I love small town Mississippi!
Their prices are good and customer service is top shelf.

Purchased an electric fence charger hooked it up at home appeared to be working fine. When I saw a deer eating my wife flowers I realized it wasn't working. Went back to his store bought another charger brought it home it worked fine the reason I know I touched it by accident. I returned the broken unit. All I wanted to do was exchange it. He wanted to test it with his test light and it showed that it was working fine just like it did at my house with the same test light that I bought from him. He got short/rude with me I walked out , got mad and being stupid like I am I went back in and reminded him that I spent $500 on potting soil over the weekend at his store and I assured him I would not be back to his.. he did Apologize after the fact but that's like being a day late and a dollar short that's all I got to say on the matter. I had to get some formula for my pet,and some ant poison, I immediately found both items. The plant nursery had an abundance of plants for both the home and garden. For all your farm needs this is the place, they also carry horse tackle and wire traps for all those unwanted nocturnal creatures that wander in the night, sheds, tools, garden an farming implements, they even had home decor items.

Been here several times. Sadly, these people are too rude and disrespectful to non-locals. Do better!
