Customer service was top notch from drop off to pick up. We had my deer processed into sausage. We chose mild, cheddar-jalapeño, and maple. They were all delicious. The maple had just the right amount of flavor without tasting too sweet. We will be getting sausage here for years to come!

Awesome people. Very friendly and go above and beyond to provide awesome service. Turn around time was excellent. The smoked sausage is awesome . And the summer sausage is great. I havent tasted anything yet that i had them make that i didnt like. They have my business. Go see them you want be disappointed

Got the regular deer sausage and it was amazing, and you and you will swear by the summer sausage, its quality is awesome. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone who has a need for them. They are the best around for sure.

We spent years using Mr. Gulledge and trusting him with processing our deer. Word of his retirement and new people taking over worried us. But we have been so pleased with them. They are using his recipes and we love the new vacuum sealing process. We just dropped our third deer of the season with them today. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
