Very disorganized! The staff at the weigh station tell you different information than the employee’s working the dump area. How about you communicate with each other when you provide conflicting information to customers? The posted signs in the various bays contradict what you were just told.

Christine(a) zips around on her tax payer provided UTV monitoring the area but doesn’t provide any real value to assist visitors. How about you kindly educate people so the system can flow better? Inform those dumping why it’s important the various items be separated.

If you don’t like your job or you’re using the authority you don’t have to push people around, it might be time to take some of that generous annual leave you earn. Overall not a good experience at all and all because of one bad employee.

10/19/24 no option to credit o. Debit on the way in. Management has no solutions to simple problems. Taxpayers are treated like trash.

Nicely organized landfill. People are mostly friendly. I didn't think it was fair for one guy to glare down a customer for just pulling up into the self haul lane and act like she was supposed to know they hadn't opened yet when all the cars had pulled forward and it was about to turn 8 am. We were waiting dutifully in line several minutes like everybody else while a car like this white SUV decided to cut ahead of us in line.

This is a great place for household trash, recycling, used oils, metal, latex paints, electronics, furniture, yard waste. They are nice, efficient, well laid out and very helpful. The maps they handout are very helpful! Don't go on Monday morning unless you don't mind a little wait (busier than usual). The residential prices are incredibly low! And they love ride along dogs. What a treat! Highly Recommended!!!!

Something needs to change to move people through. The wait to get in and out is ridiculous on weekends. It should be one minute or less at the weigh in area. What could possibly take so long!!! People will start getting rid of waste In unorthodox ways if this continues unfortunately. I’ve seen it happen before in other areas.

The moro* working called it construction debris which is was not. It was junk.

We have been buying old abandoned dumps in citrus county for years. We clean fix up the dumps making the neighborhood and county a better place only to get robbed the county as a thank you.

The inexperienced guy working the scale had the nerve to me a would be charged more if load not covered.

Everything was beautiful on the trailer in box’s and heavy duty bags strapped also

I was charged 3 times more than I have ever been charged. It seems they fired all the women that worked there and hired some stone idio**

Never had a problem with the nice ladies for years. Never a problem with price.

This guy who works at the dump needs to watch how he talks to people who pull up on the scale. He will learn a hard lesson one day.

Citrus county do better for us taxpayers who help clean up the county
