This place is a disgrace. Had an appointment at 4pm on 3/4/22, checked in on time, then keep waiting for hours, when asked they said they are behind and won’t call me until 7/8 hrs. Then they called at 3:30am on 3/5/22 and took sweet 2 hrs to load 6 pallets. If I were in charge, I would fire the Manager, then the nasty guards, and hire friendly crews!

1pm appointment. They got me in a door as soon as I checked in... that's where the good stops. 5 and a half hours later and I'm still sitting here with a red light. The trailer has bounced around so much I wouldn't be surprised if they loaded and unloaded me

Have to find street parking and walk to check in

The parking lot is pretty rough so if your truck is clean you definitely want to be in your low gear creeping through

While at a door if you have a pet you can’t take them out the truck unless you pick them up an carry them across the street

Great place to catch up on rest or clean out your ride

Garbage place, just need to pickup 1 pallet & was late for 1 hr from appointment time. They want me to book another appointment through phone next day Morning 7am. Hate this place wasted our one night for 1 pallet pickup.

Long & slow, don't check in too early ?
They have short term parking on side lot no dog walking on property, and a permanent taco trailer & vending machines ? next to check in guard shack ,far end entrance on left

Sign on the window all appointment times are California Pacific time just an FYI
You can only check in an hour before your time to pull into the parking lot otherwise park on the street

Had to give a star just to leave a review, this place is very unorganized. The only employees here that at least actually knew what job they was doing is the security guards thumbs up for them only. Load time was horrible waiting time for a door was horrible unorganized plane and simple. Very rude service from check out window.

5 1/2 hours after my appointment still not loaded. Messed up my second pick up I have to do it Tuesday.. .This is not a place I want to return to.
It took 7 1/2 hours to get a third of a trailer loaded. What a joke. The only reason they got one star is you have to pick at least one star.
