Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of working with this dealership! Waseem and Tyler were so quick to offer up a solution on our van when it needed repaired! We have 2 young boys at home that we are worried about getting to and from school, not to worry! They offered a loaner vehicle to help us until it could be repaired if it needs it! That’s the peace of mind that I’m looking for in a dealership! Knowing they have your back when life happens and you need to keep moving forward in a positive direction. They seem to understand that things happen and life doesn’t stop. What a blessing to work with gentlemen like this. We appreciate you friends, keep up the great work! I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the post-sales service I received from the dealership regarding my Subaru purchase. Initially, I had a very positive experience with the salesperson and sales manager, who were both excellent. However, before upon taking ownership of the vehicle, I noticed some small tears on the seat, which the sales manager said would be fixed. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to repair the issue, it remains unresolved, and I am now being told (by sale mg frank) to either use a seat cover or have the repairs done elsewhere. I have tried to discuss this matter with the sales manager several times, but I feel like my concerns are being disregarded. In the first photos you can see how it originally, and now you can see how bad it looks. So before buying a vehicle make sure everything is done before hand even if it states In the contract.

By far, one of the best dealership service experiences I've had the joy of experiencing. My service advisor, Katie, was a sweet lady and extremely helpful. She tried to fix the system error before checking me in and even called over another advisor. They knew what the error was and knew one of their techs could easily fix it, as they had recently fixed a similar issue on another vehicle. The issue was due to the system update, so they did not charge me for the repair. Have you ever heard of this? A service department NOT charging you?!? I was in and out of there within the hour. Heartfelt thanks to Katie and the service department at CDJR of Leesburg. I will return to this service department for ALL my Jeep needs. Thank you CDJR of Leesburg! You have a new customer in me.

Extra notes: There was plenty of room in the waiting area. There are tables, and even booths, where you can sit comfortably, and get a cup of coffee while you wait. When the tech was completed, I received a text from CDJR which contained a video. On the video was the tech explaining in detail what he had done to repair my issue and showed me in the video. How excellent was that!?! Going above and beyond. What a terrific way to enhance the service provided.
My advisor Katie came and got me within 2 minutes of me receiving the video and said my Jeep was completed. It was parked up front for me to hop in and continue my day. All around, just a fantastic operation here.

Excellent sales help and sales manager helping me get me into the Jeep Rubicon I was wanting. The finace person was more than helpful looking out for my best interest.

Absolutely the best dealership i have ever bought a vehicle from. From the moment we pulled up our salesman AB was very kind helpful respectful of what we were looking for didn’t push us towards a certain vehicle he let us choose, he was very knowledgeable of everything he had a answer for every question. It didn’t stop there everyone there was great to deal with they didn’t do the under cut on our trade in and they treat you like family. Over all best experience I have ever had very fast and professional. They have definitely received my future business.

Bought a used Nissan Pathfinder from here and Stephen Kugel was an amazing sales rep who really went out of his way to work with me for the best deal! The finance director was also really helpful and understanding on what I was looking for and never pushed anything! I recommend going and checking them out if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. They have hot dog and coffee which is nice when waiting for paperwork to be drafted up!

Since the ownership change from Bill Bryan I can no longer recommend this dealership. I've bought 2 vehicles from them. The second one primarily because the service center was excellent. The last 3 times we have taken our vehicle for service after the ownership change there have been multiple issues, delays, and miscommunications.
On the last visit I heard the lady behind the counter tell my service advisor that they will continue to tell customers they can make same day appointments despite knowing it can take up to 48hrs to do a diagnosis and it isn't there responsibility to inform them when making the appointment. She was very unpleasant and rude and it was disappointing to hear that come from someone who is clearly a manager of some kind. They have failed to look at my vehicle within 24hrs on my last three visits despite having an appointment and being assured over the phone it will be looked at within 24hrs. Our service advisor immediately explained they can take up to 72hrs to get a vehicle in when dropping it off each time which is about how long it took. The vehicle was dropped off on Friday and nothing was done to it until Wednesday. The vehicle was there for over a week and they still did not manage to complete the repairs. They offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience of having to pay for a rental for the week. Now I have to go back again because they waited 4 days to order the part I needed.
I feel bad for some of the employees especially my sevice advisor I have went to exclusively for years because they have went above and beyond for me in the past. Michael McArthur called me shortly after I picked up my truck and I was unable to answer. He left me a message regarding the email survey and asked me to return his call if I felt I could not leave all 5s on the review as it is the service advisors report card. I left a message with my number twice, but he never called me back which was highly disappointing. Why wouldn't you call a customer back that had an issue. You clearly don't want to fix anything.
I'm leaving this review here because I have watched my service advisor go to bat for me multiple times to get things approved and done quickly. With the new policies/management he clearly isn't able to provide the same service that made Bill Bryan worth going out of our way for service and vehicle purchases. If anyone has any recommendations of another Jeep Ram dealership with a good service department please let me know.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Being in the business I think its very disrespectful how they changed the price of the vehicle upon arrival. I drove 1hr 30min away from Orlando in traffic for a car that I was TOLD was one price but I was surprised when I was presented the numbers. With a additional 10,000 added to the price I was in shock. I have been and worked at dealerships never have I ever experienced something this disrespectful. Worse car buying experience I have seen or had. Now I see why the showroom had only me being the only customer at the time. STAY AWAY FROM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DON'T MAKE THE DRIVE LIKE I DID!
