We had 1/2 a pig done by these folks. The web site describes the process very well. Personal was great in explaining things. Meat was done in a very reasonable amount of time. Very well cut. From what I can tell with cuts and weight, looks like they salvaged everything possible and we recieved without a doubt all of our meat. Very professional. Will do business with them again.

Pork loin and beef brisket sandwich specials on Thursday are absolutely amazing, in both taste and price!
The staff are extremely kind and very accommodating for people with food allergies!
I will definitely be visiting here when I come back into Chico.
If you haven't tried this place, I recommend you do for surely!

Excellent sandwiches! Lunch time is busy. They like when you order in advance over the phone if you are getting sandwiches for lunch or if you plan to order close to closing time. They accept Tips and in my experience they have earned the extra few bucks every time. This place also allows people to order sandwiches using EBT cards as long as you order cold sandwiches. Other than that they have a ton of different meat options if you want to pick up something delicious for dinner and you can even check out their selection of spices and rubs they have shelves on a wall to the right of the quaint little shop. ENJOY!
