Cheap is a good word for it, the rudest people I've ever come across in retail. why would you want to go into a store where the "workers" talk down to you. And purposely try to argue and literally smile while they do it. And if that isn't enough they don't do any kind of customer service. There's a word for this , NARCISSISM! they actually think they're better than everybody else? They don't know us, but oh God, there's so much better. Right,lol. Narcissist are literally The worst people on earth. I will never step foot in that store again.

For the price of gas and wear and tear on your care and the fact that you may save a few pennies in Mt Home it's not just worth the trip I use this store all the time and only once did they not have what I wanted and that was because they had run out not because they did not carry the item.

Personal service is fantastic and for the added plus is that you don't have to fight to find someone to help you like at the big box stores. Just a good old fashioned mom and pop styled store.

Wish there were more of them around

My favorite hardware store. They have everything in their store. And, the penny or two I would save at Home Depot does not merit the trip to town! I have found everything at Home Depot at Bull Shoals Hardware!!
