My husband visited Champion as he was contemplating new tires/rims for his truck, and as soon as we walked in and met Ken, I knew instantly we were in the right place. Ken was professional and friendly-no hard sales tactics-he answered all of my husband’s questions and put together a plan that made him very happy. The shop is clean, well run and Ken truly cares about his customers. He followed through on his word and took exceptional care of my husband, well exceeding our expectations. These days, service like that is rare, even with the amount of money spent. Ken even called last night after the install to ensure we were satisfied with their services. I would highly recommend Champion not only for their wide array of products/services, but especially for the attention to detail, dedication to their craft, and Ken’s firm stance on his word as a businessman in the community. I've used Champion Rental several times throughout the years. Haven't found a place I trust more with my suspension / rims & tire work. I've also had them do some audio work as well, always quality and long lasting work. Last week they did a 4 inch lift on my RAM 1500. Prior to this lift, I had done a complete suspension refresh, but I couldn't seem to get rid of some quirky sounds here and there. Ken told me that most likely after the lift they might go away and that they would check everything since the lift required major disassembly. Sure enough, all the sounds are gone. This is the best my Truck has EVER driven. I left the shop with a strong stance, smooth over bumps and smooth as butter on the highway. 5 stars all the way.
