Pretty unorganized place when it comes to picking up one of their loads here. Driver arrived at 10:30, waited an hour before they even began loading. The very loading process was a mess as well - they'd load piece by piece and it took 3 hours to load a 17K commodity.

Exceptional! First time to do business with them and couldn't be more satisfied! The sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very quick on the delivery time and delivered on time! I will definitely use them for any future needs!

Soaking wet from a tarped load because they had me untarp in the rain to remove a skid. Then told me to pull around to door 8 where they’ll open it to get the rest. Have been waiting for about 10 minutes now and nobody has even came to the door to open it. Wasting my time as a driver.
The staff I’ve dealt with has been super friendly though.

Edit: changed to one star because an hour later, as the only truck here, I have still yet to back into the bay to be unloaded. This is a complete waste of my time.

Truckers if you’re coming here to Central States Manufacturing for a pick up ignore the sign on S. Dixieland Drive that says exit only. That’s the way you have to go in. And the shipping office is through door 3 immediately to the right as soon as you walk through.

The VP OF STRATEGY AND PURCHASING of this company, Vincent Tate, came to an establishment where I am an antique dealer in Texas and tried to use his ARKANSAS TAX EXEMPTION IN TEXAS AND OUR MALL TOLD HIM HE COULD NOT USE IT IN TEXAS. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW. His tax exemtion is not for reselling home decor, antiques and collectables. He then proceeds to give the mall a .1 star on the internet stating that 4 other malls gave him the tax exemption. By giving the mall a 1 star, he is hurting me personally since I have a business at the mall that I work hard at and have my hard earned money invested in and Vincent Tate bad mouthed the entieriety of the mall. By giving the mall a 1 star, he hurt 240 dealers by giving a bad review based on the mall abiding by TEXAS LAW. He also stated that his 1 star was based on some products being to expensive even at 50% off. As a dealer, I do not do discounts so his 1 star on google wasn’t even about my antique booth but he hurt me anyway because he did not get what he wanted which was garage sale prices and not having to pay Texas sales tax which is against the law in Texas. I would be very careful doing business with this company who has Vincent Tate as an employee since he will try to get what he wants and step on anyone to get it or if he doesn’t get what he wants he will try to burn down the whole thing because he did not get what he wanted. When he takes down his bad review, I will.
