I needed to replace an existing whole house water softening system that I purchased from Lowe’s, which was only two years old. Unbelievable, I did a great deal of research as I do on everything before moving forward and I came across Central Fla Water treatment. I looked at not only the existing Google reviews, which the vast majority were extremely positive, but in each and every case the owner of the actual company responded to each review. Frankly that’s unusual, I also found out through sunbiz.org. the company’s been around since 1987 which is a good sign. Also, the Better Business Bureau of Central Fla rates it as an A+ rating. At that point I made a phone call the owner. Alan himself arrived to our home, diagnosed what was wrong with our existing system and presented options, of which one I chose, which turned out to be perfect for our home. Alan even pointed out a plumbing mistake that the previous plumber made when installing our first water softener. The pricing was upfront straightforward and excellent. Everything was in writing and guaranteed and I bought a quality system that I know will last many years into the future. I did my research on that as well. Absolutely to anybody reading this review as part of the public looking to find a quality water treatment firm, don’t hesitate in calling them. They are fantastic. The installer Alex did a fantastic job. Very thorough very polite very professional. And on time and installed everything the very same day. I am so happy to have found this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Central Florida Water Treatment and would recommend them to anyone! Alan came to our home the same day we called him to explain the water treatment system we would need for our very stinky well water. Within two days, Erika came out and installed the system in one day! She was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful, and solved all of our water issues! We now have clean, great tasting water that does not smell like sulfur or stain our toilets. If you’re thinking about a water treatment system, definitely pull the plug and go with CFWT! Our biggest regret is that we did not do this sooner.

We would highly recommend Central Florida Water Treatment to anyone looking for a water softner &/or filtration system! This company was amazing! I first spoke to the owner Alan, & told him what I was hoping for. He described each system to me & did not try to over sell anything. We had other companies come by with estimates but they had to come in, sit down & stay at least 60 to 90 mins! Owner of Central FL Water Treatment was able to answer my questions over the phone & he texted me pics of the tanks they would install. Gave me the name of the tank system (which was great, so I was able to do my own research) & I feel I got the best product & service! This company was FAR less expensive than all the others I looked into, because they are a small family owned company so they can set their own (reasonable) rates!

Two service men arrived when they said they would (good luck with that happening in Florida) & were efficient & so pleasant to deal with. Answered all the questions I had & were neat & tidy. They cleaned up after themselves & showed me how it all worked & what our part played in having a wonderful new water softener. We have to add salt crystals quarterly, no problem!

My one neighbor had been calling around too for this same service & once she heard the price we were paying, she went with them too. Then my neighbor on the other side came by installation day & saw how neat & quick they were, asked what we paid & she also went with them! All 3 of us neighbors are extremely happy we went with this company. I first heard of Central Florida Water Treatment from a friend of the family who has used this company for the past 30 years.

My hair has never looked so good since I left up north, my skin isn't itchy anymore. There are no hard water stains on my glasses, pots & my sinks anymore! This was an excellent experience with a wonderful company who treat their customers like family! We saved at least 40% going with Central Florida Water Treatment & we are super happy with the service provided! I'd give them 10 stars if it were possible!

Alan and Erica were absolutely rock stars. Alan came by same day we called to review our filtering system. He looked over our system and diagnosed it like it was his own. The previous company that installed the filter made several critical errors that left our system deteriorating and leaving our water tasting and smelling something fierce of sulfur over time. Alan knew the right places to look at and found all the rookie errors that the previous company made. Even gave us a whole education on how the system worked and setting instructions just in case. Next day Erica is came over and overhauled the whole filtering system. She had it all disassembled, refreshed, and rolling in just a few hours like it was nothing for her. The stuff she saw was just as Alan predicted and she knew the exact remedy to correct it. Been a few weeks and no issues anymore. Water is colorless and tasteless.

As extra insight, before calling CFWT we had another small company look at the system and wanted to install a $6k chlorination system with a month install to "orser special parts". CFWT had us running within 24hrs in under for $800

I am very grateful for the great work this company has done for my home. Allowing my home to be complete finally after I was tricked into paying way too much for a water system I did not need from another company. They were able to help me tremendously and I recommend to all.

Very happy with my experience with Central Florida Water Treatment. I called on a Monday and was answered directly by Alan, the owner. I mostly knew what type of system I wanted, and Alan quickly went through a couple of options without giving me an extended or high pressure sales pitch. He answered all of my questions and was able to send someone out for installation that same week (I selected the Gold system). Communication was great - they had a small delay for their arrival time but let me know in advance and kept me updated when they would be here.

Installation by Marco went smoothly and he was able to install inside the garage - I feel better about system longevity when it is not sitting in sunlight every day, and easier to refill. Alan was very easy to work with on the payment as well and was kind to let me use my Amex card. I've had the system for about a week and definitely notice the difference now that treated water has worked itself through the water heater. I will update this review if anything changes here.

Alan was very helpful in answering a couple of follow up questions and sending me some owner's manuals - it looks like these are not standard to give to customers, but I always like to have them and Alan was quick to provide them when asked.

My only improvement feedback is that I wish there were cleaner ways to run the power and the drain pipe, but I understand that in my setup these would have been significantly more time and labor intensive so I understand. Also, I know the little water hardness test strips are not the most accurate things but letting a customer see the difference before and after would be appreciated. Orange County utilities sent me my hardness and iron numbers so I can compare myself, but still would have been nice to see on the spot.

GREAT PRODUCT and ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE COMPANY!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! This company is Top Notch and I highly recommend them. They solved all of our water issues at our new home. We had just bought our dream home, but did not realize that because it was on a well and did not have a water filtration system, that the water smelled like rotten eggs and the aerators on the faucets throughout the home had become corroded because of the water. This company, and in particular the owners, Alan and Alex, went above and beyond to install a whole house water filtration system and water softening system for us and solved all of our water issues!! They even helped us clean our aerators!! Now our water is perfect! No more smell, clean perfect tasting drinking water and no more hard water. Also, during the install there were plumbing issues that were NOT caused by them, but instead were due to another company and matters outside Alan and Alex’s control. Despite it not being their responsibility, the two owners Alan and Alex worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to help us. They kept coming back each time the plumbing company messed up to help us. They also did not complain about having to delay their completion of the install due to the plumbing company. They also helped us interact with the plumbing company since some of what was going on was outside our area of expertise. We are thrilled with their product and the company. They are honest, trustworthy and stand by their product. I highly recommend this company!!
