Everyone has been giving really low reviews but every single time I go in here which has been maybe 3-4 times honestly..nevertheless every time I have to go in this establishment the ladies are so friendly and also very quick to the point in handling whatever I needed at that time. I was in and out with a smile on my face the entire time. That’s what matters most to me Good customer service is very important but I care more so about how much time that took from my day …5++star review from me!! Great job ladies!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Every single time they do maintenance around my home it messes with my water. When I call to confirm that they are doing any kind of maintenance in my area to make sure that I do not have a leak or my utilities are not working properly, they continue to tell me that the issue has to be coming from my end.... When I let them know that any time they do any type of maintenance near my home it disrupts my water, they say that it shouldn’t be because it’s on different grids... Ok, I understand that and I know it’s supposed to be on different grids. It obviously not Because it’s funny how my water was working perfectly fine 10 to 15 minutes prior to me having to make the call to them and once the maintenance is over my water always goes back to working as normal.... I’m not one of those rude customers that likes to call and complain about every little thing just because. I’m that type that will usually never say anything unless it’s an emergency. They just continue to say I’m wrong and that if I continue to have this same issue to call back. They do not and I mean do not care about their customers what so eve. This place is a complete joke.

I have been a customer for 36 years. I have never had a problem with the smell and taste of the water until this Spring and Summer. I am now buying bottled water and using a filtered pitcher. I get annual water quality reports, but these folks have not addressed the taste and smell issues.

AUDRA or whomever the customer service lady is desperately needs a refresher course in Manners 101and Customer Courtesy 102. She is incredibly rude and if she doesn't want to work, perhaps she should step aside and let someone that genuinely wants to work, take her position. Praying her day drastically changes!!

Horrible horrible horrible... waited all day for them to come turn my water on. The lady then tells me they came out but nobody was home, which was a lie! I've been here all day and my cameras have no motion clips of anybody coming to my door. And even if no one was home, why wouldn't they call the number associated with the account
