You have a close time of 2 pm! And close hazmat early! Update your freaking close times so people don't waste their time coming to your rundown establishment!!! you're giving free stuff but want to let it sit on a shelf instead of opening the door for 5 seconds instead of wasting my time explaining you close early instead of having a posted close time on your website!

This facility is great & the staff is friendly, helpful & quick. You drive up & they check your id to make sure you live in Contra Costa County. Then they remove any hazardous waste from your car that your bringing to recycle. You don’t have to even get out of your car. One Halloween they dressed up in costumes & decorated the drive through. My kids & I got a laugh out of it & it made running errands a little more enjoyable with the kids. Thank you to the wonderful staff for all your hard work & great customer service!

The people here are friendly, professional and helpful. I've been impressed each time I've taken a box of household chemicals and leftover paint for disposal. Too bad more businesses don't have employees this good. I've always been in and out within 5 minutes and don't even have to lift boxes out of my trunk. Thanks for providing this service to our area.

The guys who work here are super nice. This place is a well oiled machine. Be prepared by having your items in an easily accessible part of your trunk, and not buried under mountains of scrap wire in your trunk, like me. You are not allowed out of your car when they unload.
Best of all, the service is free. Thry wven take mystery fluids your ex left behind when he moved out.

This place is great. The staff person was efficient and friendly. He took the items out of my trunk for me and explained where to go to drop off my electronics for recycling. There was no line and no wait when I arrived. Couldn't have asked for an easier process!
