We need several projects completed with purchase of our new home. Vinyl fence for the outer yard, black chain link for the inner yard and a long handrail at the front door. They also incorporated a garden gate that we have had for many years. Ivan and Chris the owner both provide prompt quotes and started work on time as scheduled

I was pleased with there prompt response. The way they listen to my concerns, and the fair estimate. The crew that came to do the work were courteous and walked the job down with me. Then they got to work. They were fast and efficient, and in two day a whole new fence was up all 80 feet. When the work was done they cleaned everything up and left it in better shape then when they arrived.

They did good work when the job was completed. Their communication regarding the job, however, was horrible.

When I had a fence destroyed during a storm they gave me a bid for ONE SIDE of the fence. Since I didn't measure it, and assuming they did an accurate bid, I accepted. When only one side of the fence was completed I called asking when they were going to complete the job. They advised the bid was for only one side of the fence.

I had called the estimator a week before work was to start to come out to make sure everything was OK and he never returned my calls. I made several other phone calls after my deposit had been placed that were not returned. I feel this problem could have been avoided if they would have actually returned my phone calls and gave an accurate bid.
