Was told by the broker that my delivery is FCFC, but actually the receiver is unloading only by APPOINTMENT!!! Make sure before coming in here that your appt is set and you have the ref number starting with 4 and 8 digits.

I don’t know about others, but for me on June 13, 24 the unloading went quickly and professionally. Appointment was set at 9 am, and they unloaded at 8. The security guard was friendly.

Please DO NOT show up early. They will only take you in for appointment. Well around your appointment. Appointment was 1pm they got me into an outside dock at 2 pm. Guy that was unloading me left because “ he wasn’t experienced enough” didn’t get fully unloaded till 4:17 pm. Ridiculous how they treat carriers. Completely unprofessional.

Avoid this place driver. Appointment for pick up 1pm. Check in guard at 12:30pm. And now 2:05 still waiting outside the gate.

Guard is a grouchy SOB! Why even set appointments if you cannot service remotely close to schedule time? Don’t get pissy when when show up 30 minutes early… although I’m sure if we showed up late it be the same, but our tardiness will not be excusable.

Got here two hours before my appointment and was told at the guard shack that I was, in fact, better than everyone else that's ever passed through the gate before me. I was immediately unloaded right then and there, and a crown of workers formed to cheer and receive autographs. Needless to say, they treated me like a celebrity. 5 out of 5 dentists recommend.

Arrived at 12:30am, 30 minutes before 1am appointment and was told by the guard I had to come back in 30 minutes. I went back to the guard shack at 1am, checked in and received a dock door. The way the docks are set up you will have to blindside park in the docks unless you do like I did and turn your truck around and back down the driveway to the docks by doing this backing into the dock was not an issue even with the tight space. A little slow with unloading. I was leaving with signed paperwork in hand at 2:36am. Overall experience was not bad.

It depends what is being delivered. I had 4 skids of tires. For 1000 am del. I was checked in 930 out 945
Old man at guardshack. Old school. Please have CAT del num ready
Hardhat. Glasses and earplugs and vest
Drivers lic. Shut off engine. Then all will go smooth. Good luck. Not bad
