Stan would be proud!!
Great local butcher shop! Marinated Beef skewers were tender and tasty. Teriyaki chicken breast was amazing!! And HUGE!
Looking forward to the bacon and wings.

Drove from Placerville to check this place out. Heard a lot of good things. Got in, someone greeted us from the back but we didn't see them. Searched around, nobody to answer questions. We had 2 chorizo on the counter, two linguisa, 2 new York's, a few packs of sausages, needed to get ground beef and some more so we took it to the counter. Stood there for a few minutes, called out for help. Had to leave because nobody would serve us let alone take our money. Huge disappointment today. Threw all the meat we picked out back into their freezer and drove off. Waste of time.

Very friendly people. Tried 2 different types of brats and some beef jerky. All quality products at a reasonable price. Will definitely stop back for more.

When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the wonderful smell of the ham they had smoking on cherry wood. AMAZING!! Then I looked around and their shop is so clean. I could tell they take pride in their business. Major points from me! I tried their new york steaks. They cut them to 1 1/2 thickness, per my request. How nice to have that option. We put them on the grill and had them tonight for dinner. Amazing, tender, and the flavor was out of this world!! Super delicious. I felt like I was eating at Sutter street steakhouse or Ruth Chris. Steakhouse quality meats at home!!
I cant wait to try the bacon( that is also cherry smoked😋) and salami!! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This place is great. Closest thing to an oldschool real butcher I've seen in years since the 80s in Texas and my hometown in the valley. The people there are helpful and genuine. Actually listen to their customers and help you get what you want. They even have cuts of meat nobody else will carry. The prices are comparable to any stores around here including the big grocery stores and some of the prices are a lot cheaper.
