The crew that did our building assembly/install were great!! The guys were very polite, thorough, and worked great together as a team! We were impressed, by their professionalism, clean up of the site and making sure we were happy with the competed job. The building was put on uneven ground and when completed it was standing square and even.
I would have this crew come back if ever another building was needed.

Highly recommend them. Shopped around having to replace my carport destroyed by the hurricane. Got several quotes. Felt good about them, family based and very reasonably priced. They were on time, efficient, clean, methodical, precise, friendly, problem solved on the spot. 2.5 hrs total time from drive up to drive out. There's an old saying in business: You want it CHEAP, FAST, and GOOD? Pick two. Carport Solutions delivered ALL THREE!!! Their 20'x20' carport was more than $1,000 cheaper than local competitors. The project was completed ON TIME and just 10 days after the initial order. And construction was top-of-the-line quality. I couldn't be happier with my new carport.

Everyone I dealt with were great. My salesman was professional and supplied all the information I needed to make my decision to purchase my 20x30 building. The gentleman that handles permits was a great help with permit decisions on permits and changes I needed. The building crew was great, they were here when they said they would be and completed the job in 1 day. This outfit was pleasure to work with. Thanks again guys.

The guys were awesome from beginning to end and did exactly what i was wanting done. Carport is looking fantastic. Ordering from Cooleys was stress free with plenty of communication which was passed on to the installer. The installers reached out to me one week out and then the day before and the morning of the install day. Cant say enough about this company they have their processes down to the finest detail.

I'm going to go ahead and give you guys 5 stars. You showed up, erected my shed, and it looks great. The individuals putting the shed together were wonderful people. They asked questions when they needed to, and beyond that, they worked hard and got it done.

I have just 1 thing as a room for improvement, and this has nothing to do with the crew that come out.

This was my first time having to build anything on my property, so I was totally in the dark on the process...for the most part. Milton leveled my shed, and I had to replace it, so I went to a local shed company that I guess is a reseller/retailer for Carport Solutions? I'm not sure how that works. Whatever.

Long story short, I needed a building permit. This was not communicated to me during the sales process, and in fact, I had to circle back to pay an additional fee to get the needed blueprints to submit to the city for the permit.

Since a permit is required for all structural builds as I understand...I don't understand why 1) This isn't immediately communicated to the customer, and 2) Why the additional fee just isn't included as a line item on the price of the shed so they just have it.
