This office destroyed my wife this morning. She worked for weeks and weeks to get an appointment to get started on a critically important new medication. She scheduled it, ensured they had all necessary information and confirmed it. The office even called her yesterday to confirm. My wife is a patient of this practice and has been seen there before. This morning the office called and told my wife her appointment was cancelled because they no longer like her insurance. Weeks of planning, scheduling, confirming and waiting wiped out hours before the scheduled appointment. She needs this medication and they’ve set back her ability to get it by months. Terrible practice. I’d look somewhere else for care if you’re considering here.

I had to have a procedure done and was very nervous about it, I have PTSD and I can't handle some things because of it. The Dr realized this and was very compassionate about it and was wonderful. The nurses at the procedure also were caring and compassionate also. Thank you everyone for being kind and compassionate to me.

I am currently a patient with this office and I'm starting to notice they take your message and give it to the doctor but you don't hear from anyone. When you tell them you are in pain and need someone to tell you what is the next process to correct this issue, I'm sorry but you really do expect to hear from someone. I'm not sure what's happening with any Healthcare provider anymore but it seems to be more neglect these days. I'm not real happy.

I have ZERO complaints about the Doc, her staff or the procedure I had. She was very professional and did her job correctly and without causing any unnecessary pain. I don't know what all of the complaints are for. I would recommend her whole heartily.
Office staff were very helpful and didn't get exasperated with my forgetfulness when I had to call a few times.😁

Very unprofessional office. They do not get your questions to the doctor for her to respond with any answers. The office manager has been untruthful to the doctor in order to get me dismissed so if the doctor knew the truth and the whole story then she would have not dismissed me after already tlking with me a few months back and I followed and completed everything that was asked of me. The office manager was disregarding my faxes from another health care provider that was needed to make my appointment for tests that I needed. I was told by another office staff member that the office manager was making it hard for me to be seen and was dismissing my papers that was faxed in to make my appointment for any of the tests. In her opinion I shouldn't be able to make any other appointments after having to cancel some appointments in the past due to other health issues. I Was informed that even she went as far to make an appointment for me just to say I canceled it or couldn't make it. My phone records will show the date I was supposed to of called in to make this appointment which never even happened. Iv never been treated this way by any health care provider office. I'm sure the doctor does not have any clue to the real problems she has in her office. . They wasted my time for me to just start over again when I need my tests done and answers. Thinking of seeking advise cause this is not right. Hoping the doctor makes this right. I would hate this to happen to anyone else. Please look further for health care.

Update 12/13/23
Spoke with office today because I was informed that the office manager was adding things to my patient chart that was not true. Called and questioned it. Now had to make a formal complaint today and waiting on someone to reach out to deal with this situation. Very unprofessional staff.
