Mark, Ryan, and Gray are absolutely phenomenal.

I bought my PC from there a few months ago. It is incredible both performance and artistic wise.

Performance: Absolutely no complaints, I'm able to run AAA games at max settings, and the computer stays relatively cool. The wire management is top-notch, the inside looks super clean.

Art: It's a LOT more than just throwing a figurine or two in there. They did a lot of wiring changes to incorporate more LED lights into the setup, as well as re-orient the default position of the LED strimers, so that they would run down vertically to mimic a waterfall effect. I gave them a rough idea at the beginning, and they just rolled with it. The PC went through iteration after iteration, as they wanted to keep improving upon it. I was kept in the loop the entire time, and they incorporated my feedback into the design.

These guys are incredible at what they do, and they do a lot. From custom builds to repairs, these guys know what they're doing. Price and turn around time are absolutely amazing as well. My first build with them has been working incredibly and I can't wait to do another with them. I didn't go for to much aesthetics but they can do any custom work that you can imagine. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pc build or if you need help these guys can figure it out.

I was initially worried that my PC was beyond repair, but Mark and team did an amazing job putting me at ease. I was especially impressed that Mark was so easy to get a hold of. I was able to text him my concerns directly and he invited me to stop by at any time to take a look.

When I arrived, the team was welcoming, enthusiastic, and professional. I was greeted with a hand shake and Mark confidently ran me through a diagnosis of probable issues along with reasonable estimate of what the repairs would cost me. After, he walked me around and excitedly showed me some of the shop's fun projects, past and future.

Pickup was fast and easy, Gray gave me a full walkthrough of everything the team performed and assured me I wouldn't notice any changes in performance.

I am grateful for the transparency and integrity of everyone at Carlsbad Gaming PC and plan to return the next time I'm on the market for repairs, upgrades, or a new build. I also plan to route others there due to the honest and passionate service.

What can I say,

I contacted mark looking for a gaming pc to run multiple games and I’m getting into competitive gaming, mark not only did he answer all my questions and show me the parts and builds they have but they also built the pc I purchased from them the same day! They sent me updates and were willing to switch out a part I decided last minute, these guys are awesome and I highly recommend them. After getting scammed on line and almost getting a build with outdated parts I’m so happy I found Carlsbad gaming! Fast reliable and they use affirm which is an extra bonus!! Definitely going to be coming back to purchase my husbands pc here ! Thanks again guys !!

I recently decided that I wanted to put together a PC for home use and a little gaming. I had put a PC together when I was a kid, but it had been a long time and I didn't feel 100% confident taking on the project by myself. Carlsbad Gaming PC's Computer Camp service was just what I was looking for! I was able to run the parts I wanted by Mark and even get some of the things that I had wanted directly from them at a good price. Technician Gray was a great teacher, and I could tell he has been working on and tinkering with electronics for a very long time. The PC we built was not just thrown together ASAP, the parts and build process were well thought out based on knowledge and experience. If you want assistance building a PC, or if you don't want to do any of that work yourself and just pay them to assemble your PC, these guys will take care of you. Thanks again Mark & Gray!

There's a reason why this shop has 5 stars. Mark and his crew are honest reliable people. I dropped off my PC as it was having issues and they had the issue diagnosed an hour later. Didn't overcharge me and Mark even gave me great advice for handling the warranty on the failing part. 10/10

Mark did a great job of building my son’s envo 22 super. It turned out amazing and we are very happy with it. He was very knowledgeable and was helping us choose the right components. We ordered it virtually and it was built in one day. Definitely will use him again for other purchases. It was nice to find a local gaming PC business to work with instead of buying it prebuilt from a retailer.
