I have got several deer done here but haven’t been there for about two years . Just recently I picked up deer meat for my dad and I don’t know what has changed from two years ago but its absolutely not the same . The deer sausage is so very greasy and flavor that use to be there is not there at all. Wish y’all would go back to the way y’all use to process deer . Way too much fat added now

Be careful when you eat any of the link sausage, summer sausage and snack sticks....you might try to eat your finger lol. Cleanest drop off and pickup area I've ever seen. I will be back next year

Got called into work with two deer on ice so couldn't process myself and Carl's was the closest place to home so decided to try them out. Took only a week to get meat back it's Still early season ofcourse but it ended up delicious. Love the teraki snack sticks,green onion link sausage and my favorite the pineapple cheese jalapeño smokes link. Was nervous to spend money with processor due to previous bad experience but from here on out as long as my financial funs allow me I'll be getting a couple done a year by them in link and snack sticks and just do the burger and pattie myself. (I haven't tried there pattie sausage). Great sausage and experience. Based off mine I'd highly recommend

The deer meat is good. But the customer service is a legit 0/10. Butcher boi barely talked and when he did no smile or nothing. Nobody helped with the door when I picked 65lbs of meat up and it fell over. The lady just walked on by and some stranger helped me. Also, about 10 of my vacuumed sealed bags opened up/weren't sealed correctly. I will not be back here even tho the end product was okay. It probably only has so many good reviews due to the fact it's one of the very few processors around here. Overrated for sure.

I have heard for years that Carl's was the best. Last week we dropped off a deer to see what it was all about. After a taste test this evening I am comfortable saying that it is totally worth the drive from Pensacola. Fantastic work. Thank you.

Awesome. Very nice people, they get you in and out quick without making you feel hurried. Fast turn around, they usually tell you it will take 3 weeks but typically call for pickup within a week. Excellent service.
