Carestream was whom we contacted to get our ProNox machine from months ago. The bill was paid and haven't had contact with the company sense.
The med spa that I work at received a horrible review with slander and completely false information.
Come to find out it was from the account manager at Carestream. I would think if there was a problem the professional thing to do; would be to reach out and see how we could rectify the matter.
I'm writing this review for others whom maybe thinking about doing business with Carestream. Unprofessional to say the least!
Most professional's have the common respect for each other to do differently!

I ordered the Pro-Nox machine. It was on back-order for months. I decided to go with Nitro-Nox instead. I told me local rep to cancel the order and refund me. Fast forward 4 months they STILL charged me credit card $7,852 without any refund. Choose Nitro-Nox instead like I did.
