Very good service, I went to order a cake at the last minute and the girl at the bakery at 10 or 11 in the morning was very kind. I had a lot of orders and she was very kind to pick up my order for the next day. Thank you very much. The pink cake without anything on it, the one I wanted, was very tasty and very pretty, thank you!!!

Stopped by today, first time. Fully stocked, clean and great customer service. The food court inside had some interesting plates. Couldn’t try any, but I’ll surely visit again soon and treat myself with breakfast! It looked good! Giving 4 stars since it’s a bit pricey but other than that, great súper market!

I'm reviewing based on my groceries shopping trip 🛍 . To me it's an excellent food market 👍👍.well and Great organize produce department 🥑🥥🫒🍅🍎🍓🍒🍉 . I didn't have any issues with the employees or cashiers. Everything it's alright except for the food cooking smell🍲🍝🍜. You spend 20-30 minutes inside and as soon as you are out . You smell like chicken 🐔 🦃🐣 soup. Other than that everything it's fine😎😎.

1 star because they have delicious food in their Cocina Mexican but as a person of Mexican decent myself,I am ashamed of their customer service. Many of my co-workers at my place of employment have shared the same concern. Some of their prices are reasonably priced. I just can't understand why such rude and dismissive service from the women/men that work
here. My daughter tells me to stop giving them my money, in other words stop shopping here
but honestly it's hard to find a good Mexican produce market out this way in Contra Costa, being that I resided in San Francisco. I hope they get their customer service together. Two stars because the meat department improved tremendously, they were very attentive and it looks like they hired new personnel in that area of the store. Now let's work on the rest of the store please. Thank you

I swear the ladies at Cardenas especially the cashiers aka Abigail be acting like we're begging for food 😒 ATTIUTDE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WORKING GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SOMEONE WHO HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STAY WITH FUNKY BEHAVIOR! Cardenas is a great place to visit to buy your necessities for the house thera are allt of things, like most of the things that you need your house, you can find easily in these store because cardenas is a big store that there millions of things that cardenas sells, like fruits, alcohol, ice crram, meat, bread, chicken, and amomg other things. I really recommend this place to go there to buy yoir necessities because you dont need to go other store to find your things that you are looking for, becuase you can only go to this store to find the things that you are looking for. Its a great place to buy what yoi are looking for. You should go visit soon this store if you have not gone yet. Also there are many offers on things that the store put to sale off, like you really going to love to buy in this store because you will soon to find that you are saving more momey that ever before buying products in these store. I was there in line to the Mexican restaurant there.And a Hispanic guy who got in line after me was getting helped before me. I feel like the ladies skipped me just because I'm white or something.It just felt weird that they weren't helping me when I was already waiting.
