I would like the CEO of this company to write and post an essay, to explain the reasoning as to why they ask adult people to write essays as to why they may have made a mistake on something. Mistakes are human and never intentional. Is this company full of kindergartners?

This group of skilled fabricators can essentially build you anything out of metal. This is my first time using them and I can say everyone is super nice and helpful. I even spoke with the president of the company and he took me on a tour of their huge facility. He was a very kind and passionate about what they do
