Last week I checked in at 8am, did not get loaded until 12:45, strapped down and checked out at 2pm. The sign clearly says shipping AND receiving hrs are 6:30am-2:30pm. However, they informed me that they only load from 9am-1ish. Today I check in at 10:45am only to be told they're on lunch break, that they will start calling people in for shipping when they get back and ready. 2 stars only because the people are friendly, minus 5 stars because management clearly needs an overhaul! Drivers beware, make sure detention time is agreed upon before accepting any loads from this place!

The experience wasn't too bad. I arrived at 0945 and yes I did have to wait until after lunch to get unload. There were 2 trucks on the road ahead of me but I was still unloaded by 1215. I will say appointment times don't matter so just show up and fall in line. The staff was professional and friendly. I normally don't leave reviews but I always read them. I just sending this to inform my fellow truckers that this place is not as bad as its previous reviews.

the worst service in the office, 2 women work there who don't really understand what they're doing. I stood at the check-in desk for 1.5 hours. P.S.: The loading itself is very fast.

Unloader came back from lunch at 1135, hasn't touched a bundle on the truck in front of me which has been in the bay since before their lunch. Now comes back and plays on phone while smoking. Only reason for 2 stars is because the people in the check in were awesome. Been here since 930am

Worse company I ever seen very unorganized they make truck drivers park outside go in and then come get checked in then go in the facility to park after that shipping and receiving all personal goals for lunchtime not one first and then the other so if you are loading lunchtimeyou are much screwed. They don’t think the timing of the Logbook system of the drivers I suggest not picking up loads from this place

Hopefully you didn’t come here to unload. Nobody in the bay and been sitting here for almost 4 hours. This place used to be not too bad. Only reason it gets one star is because it’s 24hr for preload trailers. They recently switched to appointment times instead of FCFS and the street has 10 trucks waiting to deliver. Ridiculous policy by someone in an office no doubt.

Don't come here if you want to get unloaded in a timely manner. No reason at all it should take over 3 hours to unload 5 bundles of steel. The guy unloading didn't even show up till almost 2 hours into this ordeal. Then was slow as molasses and could care less. They have no care that our clock is ticking and our time is precious. Screwed my day to where I couldn't make it home. Stay away from here.
