I am a Canadian Meds customer since 2017, residing in The Villages, Florida. I don’t know how someone could rate this company anything less than “5 stars.” For those who do or have, you clearly don’t know these people. Barbara is the manager and she is the absolute best! Tim, the owner is great too. I typically deal with Barbara and I just adore her. Sure, their office phone rings a lot but they are a small office. If you listen to their voicemail, it says that if you reached a recording they are helping customers and that you should leave a message and they will call you back. I know I have called them before and it went to voicemail. I left a message and they called me back within a timely manner. They have an office location and I am certain they have been in business for a very long time. As a small business, I’m sure they value & depend on their reviews and for some to be hateful isn’t right. These people are NOT shady. I have ordered Xarelto from them for almost 10 years. Barbara is the employee you could only dream of having! She is the most kind, sweet, caring person that a company could ever hope to have. Barbara even sent me a sympathy card when my husband passed away. What company these days takes the time to do that? My medicine is always received exactly as promised and I have never had an issue. Please people, don’t listen to hateful google reviews. This company is A+ every day of the week. Thanks for reading my long review!

We have been in business for 14 years now. We provide excellent customer service, low prices and quality medication. We are a small office. If we don't answer the phone when you call, we are on the phone helping another customer, we will call you back as soon we can.

Highly recommend! Received my order today from Canadian Meds. Medication was a brand name and exactly what they said it would be. I took meds to local pharmacy and pharmacist gave his approval. Young lady there is very sweet & understanding. She answered all of my questions & took time with me. Asked about my health and even called a few days after to see if she could do anything else for me & answer any questions I might have thought of. They saved me almost $600 on a 3 month order from my Dr. I am on a fixed income and Medicare doesn't help much. My Doctor is who told me to use Canadian Meds, but only the one in Lady Lake. He has worked with them for years. My Doctor is with Villages Healthcare. They had their flyers and Dr told me himself. I will continue to use them. My wife will be ordering very soon too. The customer service is out of this world! They are busy but the short wait I had for a few minutes, I noticed that the young lady there made sure to take her time with customers and make us all feel very important. Office is very clean and professional. Nice office setting, pleasent music. I will continue to go back and so should you!
