So I've never purchased a camper before and thought, hey let's do it! I looked at a bunch of campers online and was really interested in one here at campers Inn Naperville. I called up and spoke with Sue. Let me just start with how amazing she really is. She is extremely honest in every way. Gave me the pros and cons with each rv I looked at and Never pressured me into anything. She was extremely helpful and honest throughout the entire process. Sue knows what she's doing and she knows how to treat her customers. By the time I competed my purchased and was ready to hit the road I felt like I've known her for years, she's truly that great. If you're in the market for a new camper stop here first and say hello to my great saleswoman and friend, Sue. Sue, thank you again for an amazing purchasing experience. I'm sure I'll be seeing you again.

Allen is a great sales rep. We were looking for a used class B van. Allen wasn't pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the different options available between manufacturers, model years, and models. He was willing to answer all our questions, and demonstrated many of the important differences between vans. He was also very gracious when we changed our mind regarding purchasing a particular van in favor of another. All in all, we had a good buying experience. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Allen and Campers Inn RV. Up to that point we had some horrific experiences with other dealers. We highly recommend working with Allen and Campers Inn RV for your RV purchase.

After we had been driving for 3 days and after spoiling all the food in our two refrigerators and freezers without being able to use the battery in our brand new 34 ft Forest River, 27RR Toy Hauler and not being able to be charged by our solar panels or our truck. The Leesburg Fl. service person told us it would be two weeks before they could take 20 minutes to look at it, (very poor service and let me know they were under staffed and over worked). Don't play into thier sales pitch that they have so many locations across the US that you can get in and get your RV serviced.
Ended up going to the Ocala Fl. Campers Inn, they were more than happy to take 10 minutes to look at it and found that it was the negligence of the service person in their Collinsville Illinois Campers Inn location that caused the problem to begin with by not tightening the battery cables after installing cameras on our NEW RV.
NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with Leesburg or Collinsville locations.
A big thanks to the Ocala Fl. Guys!

My husband and I had just started our search for a small rv. Jeff, our salesperson, was very patient with us and understood we are “newbies” to RV’s. He worked with us to find the perfect fit for us.
Tyler, the GM, is very friendly and ensured that our experience was a positive one. Dan made the finance part go super smooth!
Let me not forget Pamela at the front desk! She treated us like family. She also walked us over and introduced us to Dave and Gene at service, as well as Elizabeth at parts. She was very informative as we had very little idea of what we actually needed.
When it came time yo be educated on the ins and outs of our new camper, Richard was amazing. Very thorough and patient.
Thanks Cheri for making our RV sparkle!

I took my Jayco Swift for repair as the solar/battery system has not worked since we purchased the unit. The unit was under repair since February with no resolution to the issue even after replacing the inverter and modifying the system settings many times. The dealer has no idea on how to work on the unit even with Jayco's support. Now over 7 months of the unit being in repair, they called saying that there was a fire in the unit and that I need to file a claim under our insurance because their insurance won't cover. I got a message from the dealer saying they were going to try a few things Jayco told them to do... next day the unit got on fire, but they're saying is not their fault... 🤔. They're even denying us their insurance information to file a claim.

UPDATE
Now right after we added this review, the dealership manager Tyler Ervine called me, say he just read my review and because of that he threaten me that they'll pound the unit if I don't pick it up before noon and then hung up. Calling, threatening, not listening to your customer and then hanging up is a very unprofessional action from Campers Inn RV local management... not what we were looking for after the fact that they burned the unit while 'repairing it'.

My wife and I have been camping for 26 years. We have camped in everything from a popup to a converted bus. We have been to many rv dealerships in those years and when I tell you Campers Inn by far has been the best rv purchasing experience we have ever had. From the time we walked in being greeted by Pam at the front desk to Mike, Jenny, Frenchy taking my phone call inquiring about certain coach, to Guy who showed us the coach, the entire staff who delt with us it was very professional and caring. Thank you Campers Inn you have earned my business.

***TOTAL LEMON***Contact Florida Attorney for lemon law (new) or fraud (used)to file a claim. My video is proof of what we were told was repaired and the CW technician now says it is all the same issues they never fixed or they halfway corrected at C.I.
*FOLLOW THE DATES!!! NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS OF OWNING AND THE RV HAS BEEN AT THE DEALERSHIP MORE THAN I'VE USED IT. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT DRIVING IT, ASK TO CAMP WITH IT FIRST, DONT GO ON A FRIDAY OR WEEKEND AND AVOID INTERNET SALES!
-Rushed on a Friday, felt like it was their time of day to leave and being a customer that drove 3 hrs and 47 minutes without traffic; only to leave with some issues that "would be" addressed later. Thousand Trails membership paperwork wasn't provided the day of purchase, the interior has damage that was discovered and discussed with the sales team and GM, interior was said to have been cleaned ( no way as I swept and there are fruit roll up wrappers, dog hair, towels and washcloths from previous owners. -Curtains have tears and stains on jack knife couch, waiting for a screen door part to be mailed. I understand this is used and it was a bit of a rush. Since the original I wanted was was sold the day I was placing a deposit. The cap for city water has threads that are stripped and we fought for 30 minutes to get the water hooked up. The front cab surround curtain is missing velcro and the holder.
*The walk-around wasn't good. Questions asked seemed to be brushed aside rather than more of let's work this through. I'm happy to have a sewer and water hose they added.
*Purchased the ECO protection package and will need to stop in Jacksonville W to have that treatment done on our vacation. Hopefully, they address our concerns with the torn awning they gave us a tape to repair ourselves.I don't recommend visiting on or picking up on a weekend. Everyone is polite there.
*-7/08/2023- Transport driver brings my Thor Freedom Elite 30FE to me and the same issues that the dealership said they couldn't replicate happened to him while driving it back and started right by the dealership. He didn't know why it was at the dealership from 6/22-7/08/2023
*From day of purchase with video and picture proof of the issues and questions that were brushed off (before being rushed off because it was a Friday and everyone had already left or wanted to leave at 5 pm)
*7/20/2023- On our way to out of town work and a wedding, the following happened: and more that wasn't wrong after being at the Leesburg location service.
-Cab AC went out (hence the squealing that I kept asking them about has stopped, so to me, that's a compressor issue)
-The trim screw strip that covers the screws blew out after this was addressed the day of purchase and when dropped off for service.
-*The Slide 1 is now stuck and of course at the dealership and service area they told me you will need to resync it due to the system, well its stuck and you can't move it in or out.
*The radio keeps flickering and the remote that was in the unit at purchase is gone.
*My extension cord that I purchased is missing. The back wall was damaged from water and rotted. They replaced a section and taillights. However, now, you can see where it is more than just a from the rear exit window to the bottom of the unit. It goes across as to the reason the back slide drags and the trim popped off.-It wasn't cleaned (still isn't under the OTC bunk. After they did clean it they didn't put the stuff back.-If Richard at walkthrough would've just answered honestly, Matt and Rod with internet sales saying it was good to go.Lots of traveling to get things addressed that should've been done with the peace of mind purchase as well as when they took this unit in. So, be careful when you buy from here and anywhere. Tyler the GM did replace the vanity that he didn't know was damaged from water. He was helpful. Tracey wrote me a nasty email when these issues were addressed, saying that my unit had all the items of concern addressed prior to my sale.
7/22/2023 Lack of communication and very disorganized!! 08/25-no updates
