I had a real scare when all my data vanished during a transfer from my hard drive to flashcards. Desperate to recover it, I started searching for local data recovery services and stumbled upon this cozy, welcoming spot where a friendly, tail-wagging dog greets you right at the door. The atmosphere alone lifted my spirits!

Although, in the end, my data couldn’t be restored, Mohamed went above and beyond, trying every possible method to retrieve it. His dedication and effort were truly impressive. I’d recommend this place, but be sure to clearly explain your situation and agree on service costs upfront to ensure a smooth experience.

I brought in my ThinkPad to replace the battery. I had already bought a new battery, but did not have the appropriate tools to remove the battery safely. The technician was super fast and efficient, I waited less than 20 minutes for them to replace the battery right then and there and was on my way. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back if I run into any more computer issues.

I have brought my Lenovo laptop to Calphonia twice this year. I have worked closely with IT departments in my years at tech companies and I felt like a total pain stressing to them that I needed this in an “emergency” type of repair situation. I am heavily dependent on this laptop for work. First, they took on a very difficult task of replacing the entire motherboard due to a power issue. They understood the urgency and negotiated the turn around time given the circumstances. Just the other day I developed another power issue, related to the battery, so I called Moe asking for his assistance. Being an existing customer, he was able to advise the best solution to assist me in a timely manner. I was able to pick up my laptop this morning, just in time for work tomorrow. I appreciate good business partnership and this business has been understanding and reliable for both myself and my CFO.

Mohamed deserves ten stars for reloading my Mac with an earlier OS, Sonoma, after I learned a hard lesson about upgrading (to Sequoia) too soon: before Apple and Adobe had worked out all the kinks in their interface. In my case, my camera would not tether to Lightroom with the latest Mac OS, Sequoia, and I was stuck on the job without the proper tools to do my photography. Moe did the work within 24 hours and it felt like a miracle after hitting dead ends at both Apple and Adobe. I am forever grateful to him because I barely skipped a beat when this hiccup occurred. He is my Go-To Guy for all things computer and phone now! I can’t recommend him enough!

Hands down this is where to take your business. My 9th Generation IPad screen cracked severely enough that you could see inside the device. I requested an estimate from CaliPhonia in the morning and within 20 minutes they sent me the most reasonable estimate around. I dropped off my device 30 minutes later and they had it fixed by the end of the same day. The service could not have been better. I hope anyone skeptic of getting there devices fixed uses this business’ service. I couldn’t have had a better experience.

Huge shout out to Mohamed! He saved the day once again. This time my computer spent an 8 hour car ride with Gatorade slowly dripping on it! He fixed it! He also fixed my husband's cracked iPhone screen a year ago, my son's broken Macbook + he has all the date storage devices, extra cords, screen protectors, etc. Oh - and he's a really nice guy. Highly recommend!
