I wanted to upgrade my small outdated 7” headunit for a 10” one. The crew at California sounds found me something in my budget and were able to install it while i waited. Im very happy with the work and how professional the process was. Posted the before and after of my old tiny head unit and my new one. Towing and backing up will be much easier for me now with the size of the screen. Very satisfied customer.

Great people, very professional and knowledgeable. I went there with my amps stereo and speakers previously taken out of my old semi truck. They installed it and it sounds like it did in the truck that I sold.
I highly recommend this place. Going back in a few months for a new stereo, mine is getting old. Ask for Zack, awesome guy.

I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.
Particular installer did not know what he was doing. He installed speakers and an amp on my vehicle. Come to find out, an input on the amp was damaged and was not replaced. Had to purchase a new amp.
I lost the ability to listen to the navigation voice commands when using navigation.
Time frame was inaccurate and kept being pushed back.
The manager/supervisor had a very bad temper and a bad reputation with the Fontana police department.
Definitely would not recommend this business to anyone nor would I go back.

I purchased a Kenwood radio, had it installed about 3 years ago. Everything want very smooth. They attached my phone and Everything worked great. I returned 09/24 because I had trouble connecting a new phone. I showed up and in 10 minutes I was connected with Everything working. Great guys there.

Entire staff at California Sound is utterly professional, their expertise is premier. I had my 96’ Tahoe completely upgraded with the latest audio equipment recommended by C.A. staff. The sound is impeccable. The Viper car alarm has been very effective with a large circumference range.

This place is pretty cool nice equipment and very helpful and knowledgeable staff Ryan was a super help as my son had gotten his first vehicle and was in need of a Bluetooth stereo quick and friendly service and very professional installation thanks guys I’ll be back !

"My recent experience with California Sound” with the audio control LC7i, was highly disappointing. Unfortunately, their attempts to connect the unit were unsuccessful, causing damage to my head unit and resulting in a complete loss of audio functionality. This demonstrated a clear lack of competence and inability to handle even basic installation tasks.

Furthermore, when I addressed the issue with the owner, their aggressive response further highlighted their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to learn that California Sound does not meet the minimum requirements of the Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) Program for their employees, neglecting industry standards and certified expertise.

I kindly advise others to steer clear from this establishment based on my personal recent experience. Customers deserve a reputable audio installation service that values professionalism. This location is -0 stars.
