I tried coming here last year and the kiosk wasn’t working. However, it worked today! Wasn’t picking up the tap-to-pay despite the tap symbol lighting up but it processed after I inserted the card.

Good service, but they need to keep the machines up-to-date the one in El Cerrito doesn't work so I drive to Alameda and is disconnected they told me didn't work either so how can i give a 5 ⭐ when they don't perform as the customer needs

The DMV kiosk at the Safeway at Southshore Center in Alameda, CA isn't functioning. When I arrived, it was just sitting there dark, as if it had been unplugged. The security officer told me it's been like that for months.
