It is with great disappointment that I share my personal experience with an outdoor furniture set that fell apart due to sun exposure. Purchased with high hopes for creating a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor space, this furniture set turned out to be a complete letdown.

I came here and bought a L shape set from baner a few months ago but did not assemble until recently due to moving and I was having issue with assembly. DO EXPECT to spend some time putting this together. My unit came with 2 missing holes on one of the corner section pieces and the side piece so I had to get the parts replaced. I brought the parts back here and explained to the office worker about the defect (no holes) and she replaced it for me, fairly quickly even though I misplaced my receipt. I'm glad I didn't have to purchase another set again. I LOVE this set!

I have made several attempts to contact your organization regarding extreme dissatisfaction I have experienced with your product and have yet to hear back.

I purchased an L shaped sectional (see link below) which I've had to replace three times over the past year due to its poor quality. This is an expensive piece of furniture which should have a life expectancy of more than several months.

I will surely never purchase a product from your company again and strongly caution others to beware as the products are very poorly made and customer service is not accessible and has yet to respond to me through my many attempts over the months.

I am now forced to purchase a replacement for an item which cost $700+ and only lasted 2 months.

I purchased a banner set a little over a year ago. One of the pieces have recently broken so I wanted to see if it was under warranty. I called the office in Cali and the young lady that answered was rude and very unprofessional....on my 1st call she rushed me off the phone and told me I had to email all my info. I just needed to know how long their warrant lasted so I would know If I had to order a new set. Rather it was under warranty or not I was going to order it again, until I spoke with this young lady. Fast Forward....four days I'm just now finding out its only a year warranty on the items, which I was ok with. So, I called the office again to get shipping information the same young lady answers the phone "hello." And continued to be rude and unprofessional. I will be ordering from someone else.

Purchased a 4 piece set and had to assemble it. It was the worst assembly I've ever encountered. Nothing lined up, had to use our own screws because the right ones weren't included and really had to bend and remold it to get it together.

It was disgusting. The receptionjst was rude, unprofessional and could care less about my questions that she just refused to answer. I have never felt more humiated by this person
The people that loaded the furniture were extremely courteous and friendly. The receptionist should be trained in customer service or fired

I received an empty envelope package that was fed ex’s to me and have been calling and a emailing them and can’t get through to them. I haven’t ordered anything from Caesar’s. I want to know where they got my info
