Giovanni is awesome he made sure my experience with Colma Cadillac was so smooth and efficient. He made me fill like I was his most important customer. Making sure everything was right from the vehicle being ready for delivery to it being immaculate shape being so clean. Also going out of his way to setting the features up with me and making sure I new how to operate them. I am older and don’t write reviews, but after my husband and I experienced the service at Cadillac of South San Francisco, I felt compelled to share. I recently visited because I’ve been looking at purchasing a Cadillac Lyriq. Although I’m not ready to buy just yet, I’ve been exploring my options and had visited another dealer in Sacramento beforehand, but had such a negative experience I decided to travel south a bit to the Bay Area. The contrast in service was staggering. At the Sacramento dealership, I felt rushed and dismissed, almost like I wasn’t worth their time.

In complete contrast, Cadillac of South San Francisco was amazing. A salesman greeted us named Caleb, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for the brand. He took the time to answer all our (many) questions in detail and helped both of us feel confident about the car’s features and how it could fit our needs. He made us feel welcome and valued, even though we were upfront about not being ready to buy just yet.

The young man’s expertise and thoughtful approach truly stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in delivering a great experience. When we are ready to make my purchase, there’s no question we will be coming back because of him. My husband and I had negative experience at the other dealership in Sacramento, I truly was glad we decided to travel there because all I wanted was someone to walk me through the features and we were able to get that and more. Thank you! It’s rare nowadays to get such great service and the contrast was so great that I told my husband I had to go write a review.

The Team at Cadillac South San Francisco is hands down, thee best group I have ever worked with! From taking my initial inquiry, to sending information on their inventory, loan application and the follow through!
These guys have just made it super seamless for me! The managers- Tony and Lawrence have been super responsive to all my questions, my sales rep Ben personally made himself available to our family text thread. He even responded on his day off - after the purchase, just to make sure we have all the info and resources for our first electric vehicle- where to charge, how to take advantage of with their dealer promo code!

Gary in the service department is so pleasant to deal with it almost makes getting your car serviced have a silver lining of joy. we were picking up a new car and he gave us the best walk-through. It was really nice. He took time for both of us to handle all of our personalization:) Not only is he super nice and an amazing human, but the way he treats his coworkers, and they treat him back with just the utmost respect, is really wonderful to watch. It's great to see that this old-world respect and kindness still exist. It basically makes you feel as though you're buying a car and becoming part of a club of great people. In fact, when my wife and I were leaving yesterday, a gentleman who has owned four cars and got them all here said that not only does he love Cadillacs, but working with the people here has just been the best experience of his automotive life. And I don't know any of these people personally; I just met them all yesterday, and it was such a pleasant experience that I had to take a photo together and speak the truth.
